On a visit to London in 1791, Haydn heard handel's Messiah and
was moved to tears. Seven years later, he produced a work to
rival Handel's masterpiece. The Creation treats the seven
days of creation in music of rich imagination and emotional power.
The members of the Tuscarawas Philharmonic and the voices of
the Philharmonic Chorus and guest soloists revel in yet another
miracle
of creation - the music of Haydn - and so will you!
