Music, magic and mystery!  The Tuscarawas Philharmonic puts more thrills and chills in Halloween with evocative music from Phantom of the Opera and The Sorceror's Apprentice by Paul Dukas, along with other music of the season. With special guests baritone Chuck Spencer and New Phila’s own Laura Schupbach.
